The Sisterhood Mentoring Network was birthed from the vision of the Brotherhood Mentoring Network to create a dedicated space for girls and young women across the city of Chicago. Sisterhood is a faith-based, trauma-informed mentoring program designed to help young women build confidence, strengthen their identity, develop healthy relationships, and grow in character as they navigate life, education, career goals, and the journey into womanhood. Through meaningful mentorship, career-focused development, values-driven teaching, team collaboration, and real-world exposure, Sisterhood equips young women with the tools, support, and positive relationships they need to make healthy decisions, embrace responsibility, and pursue their future with purpose.
